I'd say that 120Gb is a bit short, but it really depends of how much games you want "ready to play" on your ps3 before having to delete something. I put a 1Tb hdd in my fat, and honestly that was not necessary, 500Gb could have been more than enough for me. I currently have 47 games installed, and it only takes 355Gb.likewise, i regularly play with lots of other stuff going on on my net. I reserve roughly 256 up and 1mb down via traffic shaping in my router for my ps3 and it is fine. latency is a much bigger issue than bandwidth for most gaming. for netflix more is obviously better.
