Ooma is blinking red

Jan 6, 2024 · Just this morning after a brief internet outage , the red light started blinking but the phone is working for incoming and outgoing calls. Tried unplug and reset; factory reset; router & modem reset; checked my billing info to make sure it's current (it is). .

The blinking on other handsets stops. The base unit does not indicate that voicemail is present any longer. Only the handset that was used to listen to and clear the message (s). The last time it happened, there were 4 voicemails. After clearing them, the HD3 screen still indicated 4 voicemails and the led continued to blink.Got Red Blinking light for about 1/2-hour, then turned Blue. Got phone service.
